Ratchet Friday: Top 5 reasons you have to respect Drake

IG: Champagnepapi

Drake ~ Charged up
Drake ~Back to Back

Meek Mill ~ Wanna Know

Reference these tracks

Meek Mill had a lot to tweet. He had an issue with Drake giving him a feature for his album that Drake didn't write on his own. Drake fired back in what I believe was a bait diss track and then followed up with a solid diss. Last night Meek Mill finally answered back to Drake and from social media's reaction Drake is your winner at the moment.

Let's dive into the top 5 reasons you have to respect Drake:

5) He didn't back down to Jay-Z:

Y'all remember when the GOAT took a shot at rap's hottest rapper and Drake followed up with a clever response  just hits, no misses, that's for the married folk  Yea, respect that man.

4) Rumored to knock down women you want:

Just gonna leave these here....

3) Midas touch:
     Stats

~ 3 Platinum Albums
~ Worth over 70 million

2) His music is his truth. No matter who wrote it:

Drake has a lane and sticks to it, his content seems to fit what he is in this world, not rapping about drug dealing and being a shooter. His music is lightskin gospel and is believable, ghost writing or reference tracks are a different discussion. Something for a Podcast
😒 *Cough cough * Showtime

1) Meek Mill vs. Drake

For someone who was warned not to respond to the beef, he sure does respond to shots people take. Who would have thought that the "softest rapper in the game" could hold his own vs. a rapper that came up in the battle rap game. Honestly I think Meek before Nicki would have made an example of Drake. Unfortunately,  Queens, NY box ; makes real n!99@$ lose focus.

In 2015 singing dudes defeating street dudes in rap battles. Empire predicting the future....

Respect that man

Happy Ratchet Friday
